it basically means that i now have an appointment for a status change. the current legal status i have here does not permit me to change jobs, but the new one will. hooray for changing jobs! but as you can see, i still have a few months to wait.

do you have any job prospects in mind, or is it just the fact that you CAN escape the current one that's so pleasing? :)

just the fact that i will be able to! i'm not sure how intensely to start the job search before the big day though, because i don't want to have somebody all ready to hire me and then find out there is some problem :(
