Well this story is over soon, but the next is almost finished... the episode as it were is almost done, but there is certainly more to come.

Oh my, you just upped this to a whole new level of angst! Here I was expecting a gradual winding down of the excitement before the epilogue. And, as someone mentioned earlier, this is a somewhat dark Jack. But, I think very appropriate for the framework in which this Jack is set. Wonderful writing.

Gradual winding down? Pah! Lol.

And yeah, he is a darker Jack, but I felt it appropriate to make him slightly darker given the time of the story. This is a Jack only four years out from Alex's betrayal and only really just starting to put 'his' torchwood together.

Just read this all in one go. Utterly and completely brilliant!!! The story is absolutely gripping and your characters are so realistic. I'm really feeling Jacks anger and frustration, Ianto's fear, Tosh's sympathy. & I love that you have Suzie in the story, always one of the most interesting characters imho. Really love your writing style and can't wait for more! I hope this is going to be a longer/larger series :D
