Oooh this is off to an interesting start! I love the intro with Suzie & getting a bit of an insight into her, she's always a fascinating character. I can't wait to read more!

Thanks for the comment. I've actually found I'm quite fond of playing with Suzie. we know so little about her. her history, motivations, personality. She's very much vilified, but Jack liked and trusted her once so it got me thinking....

Thanks again for the comment. Hope you enjoy the story.

Love the update. Suzie was always one of my favorite characters from the first episode - complex & lethal, but, intriguing. I wanted to see more of her & was sorry they killed her off (did not like TKKS - the writers, in my opinion, made it a bit too much about Gwen). Your insight into the character of Suzie is just great. And, Jack has to always remain one step ahead & continue to watch his back where Torchwood One is concerned. I'm enjoying this already.

The title, "Progress", fits the continuation of this series. Can't wait to see how Ianto fits in, his treatment by the team & how accepting he is of his new life.

Thanks for the comment. I've actually become quite fond of Suzie while writing this story, and she's really got me thinking. We only every saw the end result with her, not her path to it. Jack liked and trusted her, so she couldn't have been all bad. I agree about TKKS, but then I think the same about a lot of the episodes! Don't overly dislike Gwen, but I would have liked to have seen more character focus eps about the others.

Glad you like the title by the way. About the easiest title to come to me of any fic I've ever written!

Hope you enjoy the story! More Ianto in the next part.

Oh poor Ianto in the background, I feel so sorry for him in this, such a desperate situation, and Suzie with no empathy.

So pleased you've decided to write more of this, I loved the first one.

Thank you so much for the comment. I know Ianto is in the background in this, but while the last fic was very much Ianto centric, this fic is more of a Team fic, and where the team is concerned he is in the background. Poor love.

Hope you enjoy the rest!
