Haven't been getting much sleep due to ridiculous papers and assignments being due already but tonight is the night that I rest my pretty little head.

The boy and his dog came to visit me, and it was great.

They left again, and that is not so great, but any time I see them is better than none.

Ready for the weekend.

Too much to do.

I'm at school. I love my apartment. I miss my boy and his puppy incredibly.

Camp ended Friday. Two years with Teen Discovery over. Next summer I have to find a theatre internship which prob won't pay and I'll be forced to commute to DC every morning. That's what I have to do to feel like I'm actively trying to do something with my useless degree. I'm sure it will be fun but I'll miss working at a summer camp for sure. ( Read more... )

I had a great birthday yesterday and thanks to all for the well wishes (either on facebook, phone calls, or in person). Saturday I celebrated my birthday with my family since my dad is now in Joliet, IL and had to leave on my real birthday. Just got back from Bonnaroo. I'm tired, dirty, and need to shave but I had a blast. Saw some amazing bands as well as some crazy drugged out mofos that I will write about later.

Til then, keep on rockin' in the free world.

Starting Wednesday of last week, accreditation was put on hold and work for the Herndon Festival began. It involved many hours of manual labor in the hot sun and two 5:30 AM shift slots, but it was a lot of fun and I'll get a nice paycheck ( Read more... )

Accreditation sucks, and I've seen so many chitlins under the age of 15 in the last 24 hours, it's ridiculous. Oh well, the things we do for money.

I think I'm going to shower, nap, and watch Jarheads before the crazy Mariachi party in Alexandria tonight. Who knows, maybe Tom Delay will be there?
