UGH!!

Today was not a great day. To begin with I woke up 2 hours late....seriously 2 minutes before I was supposed to be at the stadium down town to sit in a lecture by one of our team doctors on the shoulder. I was so pissed. My alarm was still set and on to go off at 6 AM but I guess it just chose not to. So I freaked, jumped out of bed, ran around
