Our re-entry to NYC from upstate is marked by severe thunderstorms. This is incredibly sexy, although if I had to chose a backdrop for a storm, it would most definitely be the beach, with nothing to disrupt your field of view, the waves becomming increasingly large and ominous, and the lightning forming acute bolts and forks and striking miles away
