Emissions testing

My license plates expired in 12/2006 (meaning i am still in the grace period...just procrastinating....) Well..I just went onto the fcgov.com website to find out where I could go for emissions testing..and found this

Oh, even though that was announced for some time, I still heard that either they would be renewing it, or something else could come up the line, like vehicle inspections. I haven't seen either, but it's not too far into the new year. Jump at the lack of emissions testing while you can. :)
