Verizon Cell Phone Clock Weirdness?

I got to go down to Boulder today to help present an award to a girl at Fairview High School. We planned to leave the site at 6:45 in order to make it to the principal's office at 8:15. I planned on getting up at 5:00 so that I could get into work to get a few emails shot off before i was gone at the beginning of the day for a few hours
