work really took a tool on me tonight. i got to work feeling really lackluster & overall depressed (family issues, the baby dying.. see littlesuitepee, & not feeling in top shape..). it's very difficult to keep one's moral up when everyone you call is rude & yells "no" at you. i even called the honorable & mrs. john d rockelfeller, IV, & mrs. rockefeller ( Read more... )

so you work at the kennedy center? what do you do there? i'm down there working from time to time also? you seem to frequent alchemy and other goth events around town, and at one point you mention someone named erika. just wondering if this world may be a smaller world than i thought, cause i have a friend named erika who goes down there a lot. she doesn't live in MD does she?
i guess the things here aren't really related to the post i'm commenting on, but a response to the journal in general...eh, well...
also...saw myself on my friends list...you remember how you found out about my journal? just wondering...

howdy. i do subscriptions at the kennedy center, for ballet, modern dance, & currently theatre. i enjoy it lots.
erika is degringolade & has never live in maryland, but currently lives in denver.
i found your journal when searching for people that had "washington, d.c." listed as an interest.

yeah, when i called their house last night the security desk answered... weird crazy rich people. ms. rockefeller didn't buy tickets though, since she contributes money to the KC each year. she kept explaining herself, i think so that i wouldn't go telling people that she didn't buy tickets on things like livejournal.

the other day, some chick on the food network was doing a segment on la madeline. the fact that you've mentioned that place in a few of your entries now makes me feel connected to you.

lady, i go to la madeleine like, on a daily basis. my best friend's mom pratically owns the place.

i know she said she loved it. !!! i just remembered. it was on that '$40 a day" show where the woman showcases some good eats at good prices in various cities across america and abroad. she stopped at la madeline for breakfast and loved the fact that she was able to score a bunch of stuff for $15 or so. personally, i wouldn't spend that much money on breakfast for myself. but then again, i'm not much of a breakfast person.

I guess I just remembered your name somehow from that community. I never really posted there, I just read it a while back. I was living in Toronto all last year so I sort of stopped bothering to check it, but I'm back in Richmond now, much to my dismay.
