Also, the time of the month you are weighing yourself now could be an issue. Most people fluctuate 5lbs in the same month. I always bloat and retain water before my period. :/
Okay, I'm guilty of the same thing you are. That being said, it's so not about the number on the scale, fuck the number on the scale. And you're gorgeous anyway. And most definitely not fat. There's nothing wrong with some curves.
Also, if you've been working out, it's probably a gain of muscle weight; also, your weight can fluctuate up to seven or eight pounds around your period due to water retention. It can even fluctuate a couple of pounds throughout the day. A five pound difference isn't enough to count as actual weight gain. If it were ten, MAYBE then.
