It doesn't need to be. I use it more for the food suggestions and the workout videos. I only track my food once in a while and I almost never track my exercise. But I think that making myself track this stuff is what is going to make me stick with it. So instead of playing farmville on facebook I'm going to devote my time to exercising and tracking it.
