i was laying in bed last night just thinking about tonight and i cried a lil bit.
i think i may cry for the next week! i am just overwhelmed in a way that i didn't think i'd be. my cynic wouldn't allow me to be too optimistic.
i'm just...wow.
soon the fear will set in.

just enjoy the moment. This is just a great moment. We can worry about what will happen later. I can't even imagine what it must be like as an African-American. I guess it would be the same way if a Mormon got in office, lol.

lol. jen, i'm going to let you in on something. most black ppl don't like being called African-American. lol the old sect may but i'm yet to find anyone younger than 50 that does.

oh gosh, there is a long list of ppl that still have a long way to go before they see the white house: mormons, jews, asians...the list goes on.

Whoops! See this is why living in Utah is a bad thing. I don't know this kind of stuff! Jaynie probably would. She's friends with all the black basketball players at her college (they are the only ones). Me, I'm stuck working and living with a bunch of white mormons. So I apologize for my ignorance. I'm glad you let me know ;)
