I've often heard that our greatest moments of Spiritual apathy comes when things are going well. It's during our harder times and trials that we more readily come before God. I think we are meant to enjoy our life, though not worship life. In other words, it's OK to enjoy life, have dreams, think about our futures, and not have to be in prayer 6 hours a day and studying the Bible another 6 hours a day, but at the same time we do need to keep God in the front of our minds in all we do.
