Thanksgiving

Thursday was a Good Food Day, in the somewhat traditional tradition. I roasted a 19-lb bird rubbed with rosemary and sage, with some heads of garlic in the body cavity. Hmmmm. Neeps in one's colcannon. Betcha that's been done before.

and, well, yeah, chocolate, sugar, eggs, nuts, sounds like a candy bar to me....
