I'm starting to suspect that being happy is a skill. One that requires practice.

I've been coming to the same conclusion. It doesn't seem to be a skill that's easily developed without guidance.

I don't think it's so much *guidance*, as *conscious effort*. You might learn one or two techniques from somebody, but until you start tweaking them and making them your own, you're not going to be... umm... happy with them.

Mm. Not skill. Art form. Like *dance*. You grok dance. When you don't dance for a while, you're rusty, no ( ... )

I think of so called "Happiness" as a question of content. The greater my inflow content is from positive or learning sources the better.

But then long ago I question society's definition for such a word and since then sought balance and inner piece as a desired goal to my fury to master quest.
