I know I'm you and all, but I just wanted you to know that I like that verse because it makes me happy. It is something I have been waiting to hear for a long time. I always feel like if I want to be like Jesus, I have to give give GIVE!!! But that isn't always true, is it? If I'm not giving cheerfully, then I guess I'm not really giving... I'm not really doing anyone any good. Sometimes I give just because I think that's what Jesus would do, and when I really don't have anything to give. What a cool verse! I want to be a cheerful giver! Now I don't have to give in response to pressure (guilt), I can give when I CAN give.
