I LOVE YOU WALGREENS.
I don't have any health insurance right now and I'm out of my birth control pills. Rather than going to a Planned Parenthood clinic when I get back from the Keys, I called my dr.'s office to see if they would give me a couple more refills before I can come in, as they have in the past.
The guy that answered was very helpful and said that Walgreens, where my prescription is, will go ahead and contact the dr. for refill authorization if I place an order. So I went online and did as such. Wahoo!! :) That buys me a month to get temporary insurance and then go back for a check-up so she'll give me a good year's worth of pills. Whew.
Today is the only day I work this week. Yeah!
I technically work Wednesday, but it's for a seminar in Orlando for a program we have here at work. Something I actually like!
Then it's on to the Keys on Thursday. Thank god... I need time off.
This weekend was a blast. Friday night David and I played steel-tip darts and drank some beers. But then I cashed out at 11pm. I was so damn tired and worn out from the week.
Saturday we went to Andrea's baby shower and had such a blast. :) It was a good time. It was really awesome to see every one again. Especially Cynthia and Michelle.
Then Sunday was spent lazing around David's place before going to my parents' for food. Well... they ate, but I did laundry most the damn day. :P It's sad because I've got a TON of clothes, but can't really wear any of them comfortably since I put on weight. Wah. :( After this vacation, it's time to get serious. We were really good last week and worked out 5 days, so I want to keep that up.
Tonight I get to go to Bahama Breeze to eat dinner with some friends. I want really badly to get stuff that will clog my arteries, but we're going to try to hit the gym after dinner, so I'll stick with a salad instead. Blah. :P :)
Anyway, time to get serious here at work.
