I roasted a chicken tonight, and it was yum. Let us never speak again of the fact that I roasted it upside down. Well. It still cooked, and it tasted good. I learned that roasting a chicken is easy as pie (much easier, actually). I will do it more often. Sunday, on to pot roast. My waitress at lunch today, who was probably about 18/19, reminded me of Eliza Dushku. I would've told her so, but I don't know that ED is all that well known. Did people who are 18 now watch BtVS? Eh, maybe the show where she ran all the time, or the cheerleader movie? I dunno. I didn't mention it, though.
