I know confidence is a fragile thing in life at the best of times, but DON'T give up because of this. If you do, they've won. Don't let them have the satisfaction. You have plenty of people who enjoy your writing greatly. A judgemental, vicious minority has no right to spoil the joy for you or the joy you give to others.

I hope the suggestion on that post comes into force immediately. It'd definitely be for the good of the fandom and for good people like you.

Thank you, sweetie, you're right. That's just a part of fandom I have never liked nor understood and since I've been involved with fandom it's only gotten worse.

I think it would be best to not allow personal attacks but I'm not the mod there (thank god :P).
