Last night when I picked Mack up from day care, a woman backed into my car. Mack and I were in the car backing out, and a woman in her Xterra was stopped in front of the entrance instead of parking. I saw her there, and honestly expected her to go forward once she was done. So I backed up, and as I reached to put my car in drive, I saw her reverse

I'm glad that you and Mack are OK.

Her insurance company probably told her not to call you (or admit guilt which she already did)

You're probably going to have to work driectly with the insurance folks.
