Harry Potter Fic Question

Hey all! Does anyone on my flist remember a Harry Potter story that was Harry/Snape and there was some kind of weaving magic together and when the magic came out of Harry's wand to be woven it was certain colors (red and gold?) and something like that?

Oh, man.... [squintcogitate] Yeah, that does ring a bell. I don't remember the title, but the way I remember the story, Harry and Severus were both captured by Voldemort or something like that and their wands taken away. They'd been practicing wandless magic and they used it to escape. I think one of them just sort of fed his power to the other...? Severus to Harry...? Anyway, they combined their power and made a big boom and ended up escaping, but the hand each of them used to channel the magic was sort of magically mangled and each one ended up having, like, glowing threads or something in his hand, of the color of... the other one's magic? Something like that. And the colors I remember are blue and green, but then my memory for that sort of thing sucks so who knows? Does that sound familiar?
