How might one go about making a resume if they have never really done anything?!? There is an open position to teach dance to 3-10 year olds at the YMCA here and I would love to do it! Get some extra cash and be able to dance. I guess I should work on that today to be able to send it in by friday ( Read more... )

Do a resume of your dance experiance. also try to put in a bunch of awards you got in high school (ex. Honor Roll, Honor Grad and such)

Also put in any volunteer work that you have done

Since you're new to college and don't have a lot of work experience, just put things that you did in high school. (Dance line, Honor Roll, Honor Graduate, PSO, etc.) You can put dance experience. You can put things that you did in church, like choir or something. If you've ever done babysitting, you can list childcare experience. You're going to want to concentrate on your dance stuff, as well as any time you've spent with younger children. Excellent references are great too, so be sure to put people who know your experience WELL! Like Susan Knisely. Good luck!

Good luck on your tests and the job! Hope you get it..!

The weather in Statesboro was really nice yesterday too. I wore jeans and felt fine.
