just as an afterthought, i think if i had a top ten of things that can really wind me up i think people saying 'do this, do that, do the other, youll love it i guarantee its so you, youll love it, im sure of it' would be high up there. i will take music as my for runner as that is what is said the most. now i am a pretty open minded person music
