I am so confused angry upset and quite frankly pissed off. For months now I have been looking for a new job, stil nothing, after countless applications and interviews there is still the failiar words of you were unsucessful due to lack of experience, no qualifications or we just don't want you, or it's my area manager saying now you can't further

Your boss sounds horrid. The Job Centre also sounds horrid. The localisation problem that elektrobard mentions is not just the jobcentre, though; all job sites seem to be like that.
