i'm always amazed (read: disgusted) with how you can never really see very far thru the haze.

i loved the smell of the ocean when i landed in long beach.

l.a. was too busy and smokey and lots of good looking stuck up ppl walking around. it took forevs to get from one place to another.

The fog is pretty gross. Shopping is great. Ocean is wonderful.

I like it there. But as a whole? I couldn't say, there is too much to see there if you're only there for a week. I'd go back. I love the weather.
