Me, Chris, my dr and Alex, minutes after birth! I think I'm in fine shape for just having pushed a small person out of me!
Welcome to the world Alex! Thursday morning after breakfast. He's amazing!
Just hours old. Here he is after breakfast on Thursday. His nose and mouth are a bit bruised from his speedy arrival.
Still only hours old...check out all the hair! It's not as dark as Emma's, but he has a ton of blond hair for sideburns! I think he's going to take after his daddy a bit!
The little one at about a day old. He's wearing the paper hospital shirt thing because he peed on the little shirt they'd put on him.
Emma meeting Alex for the first time. She wasn't too sure about him, but loves him a lot. She insisted on wearing her "I love Mommy" hat and her big sister shirt.
The family before we left the hospital on Friday afternoon. My bad luck with computers continues as the server in the maternity ward crashed shortly before I was supposed to leave.

Little Alex in the bili-bed for jaundice. Hopefully he'll be out soon, but at least it's at home!
Right now he's getting over jaundice and has to be on the bili lights unless he's eating or being changed. We're waiting for his dr to call us and hopefully he'll be off them tonight or early in the weekend. Other than that everything is fine here. I'd be out more, but I'm staying home with him on the lights. I'm not technically supposed to drive anywhere. I know finals are almost over, so hopefully people can come visit after the exams are done.
