We watched a program where a man goes around to restaurants & collects their used cooking oil and makes it into bio-deisel in his garage. He gets like 65 miles to the gallon on his old volvo and says the only drawback is he smells like french fries driving around town. Recycling and saving natural energy sources, why dosent some one tell McD's?

yeah willie nelson runs his rv for his cross coutry tours on bio-diesel, I think from old oils and maybe sunflowers. not sure on that one. but yeah, I heard it smells too. I think thats b/c some of it is mixed w/petroleum. when it's made pure, there is no smell. but boy would mickey d's make a profit from selling all it's old oil. save them a fortune and make a nice profit.
