sleeping 11 hours is bad for you, because you wake up and you're still tired.

Sleeping Too much is like forcing tiredness on your body...and it puts you at risk for contracting Diabetes...like your Mom, so don't do that ! And don't sleep too little, as well...it also puts you at risk along with sleeping so much...the goal should be BALANCE: 8-9 hours is okay....but that's it.
