Sleeping Too much is like forcing tiredness on your body...and it puts you at risk for contracting Diabetes...like your Mom, so don't do that ! And don't sleep too little, as well...it also puts you at risk along with sleeping so much...the goal should be BALANCE: 8-9 hours is okay....but that's it.
