A friend of my family was driving her 2 year old son to daycare this morning and she lost control of her car, and crossed the center line, into on-coming traffic. Just today, I went to a funeral for a little boy, Samuel, who only lived to be two months old. I'm not even super close to his family, but it was still so sad to see them today. Losing a child has to be one of the worst things.

I'm really sorry to hear about your family's friend and her son. I'll keep them in my thoughts and prayers.

I just lost a really good friend last week from driving in bad weather. He was such a strong fun vibrant person, and now hes gone. You never know when its gonna be your time, or when you will lose someone close. this kinda shit sucks and makes me not ever want to leave my house.

I know, it's awful. And, I'm really not one to ask for advice on this topic, because I'm pretty bad with dealing with deaths and losses myself. But, I do know that we shouldn't let that kind of thing scare us from living our lives because the ones that we lost would want us to keep taking chances and going on with our lives. It's ok to miss them and cry when we remember them, because it's celebrating their lives.
