present. the past just makes me nostolgic and depressed and the future.. well, I can't count on my future because I don't know what it holds, so I can't imagine any happiness.

Uh yeah. Present.
There's no point in dwelling on the past, because either it will make you depressed because you feel you can never be that happy again or you'll get sucked into memories and forget about the present and future.
And imagining future happiness is just plain stupid. Because if you spend all your time planning on what happiness you COULD have, you're going to forget about the happiness you ARE having.

So present, because you're living in the present, and if you think about it... It's not YOU who have the future happiness, it's FUTURE YOU and well, why would you want to give all your happiness to someone who's not YOU? Same thing goes to the past.

you should note, I spell it like this: extasy. It's better that way. Still, memories past and future plans have their uses.
