Jennalee, I feel as if I could've written this entry, for except for the being male part, this is right where I have been. But there is a season for everything, right, even if that season is a particularly hard one? I'm praying for you, friend, and am excited for your interview in New York! Regardless of what happens, some doors open, others close, and it'll be exciting to see what happens.
Because death screams a lot louder. And then you end up in the hole of where you're not listening to anything and just sort of numb out. Stay away from that place... it's brutal.
Should I send your jar back to you? Because there are times I need it, but you're looking like you need it too. ;)
:) Thank you :) I'm glad you got the jar. I was starting to wonder :P I want you to keep enjoying it for now, but I'll let you know ;) Happy New Year! How was your Christmas?

I want to be doing things like being a part of a community and truly personally (and uncomfortably) reaching out to people. I want to love a man for him, and not who I want him to be. I want to write music and be poetic and profound with the music as well as the words--
Interestingly enough, you're doing just that. I had the pleasure of singing with you two weeks ago (no, this isn't Joe :) ) You ARE part of a community (literally as of this moment) You DO reach out to people with your singing. Singing brings you joy, I saw you singing along with us, and you were experiencing JOY, and that brought me joy as well (I'm normally the guy that bounces around and winds everyone else up! ) Your music is your gift, and you have reached out and touched others with that gift.
Bottom line, those things you wrote about wanting to do, you've done!
