Well...this has been an interesting weekend. Unfortunately, it started Friday evening with the news that a childhood friend had passed away from cancer. He's been fighting it but his lungs gave out and they couldn't bring him back this time. Scott was Major in the Air Force. I doubt we'll be seeing the film at Azkatraz, but we're so looking forward to it, seeing you, new outfits, all the fun, San Francisco itself.

Sorry about your friend, cancer is such a scourge.

I'm looking forward to it too. Hopefully, I'll wear my first costume that's not school robes there. We'll see if the weight loss continues on pace. : )

I am so sorry to hear about your friend! God, I wish they would hurry up and find a cure for cancer! It's just not fair! And he was a fantastic photographer. Beautiful photos! Thank you for sharing the photos of him and his photos he took. What a nice way to remember him.

Saw HSM3 as well this weekend. It was pretty good. I don't care for Hudgens, but everyone else was good. LOVED the music & dancing! :)

And the HBP trailer! OMG!! It's awesome! Got goosebumps again!! I wont' be at Azkatraz as you know, but still can't wait to see it with fellow DFW fans! Summer can't get here fast enough! :D

Yeah - I didn't like her either. Zac Efron and Lucas Grabeel did a great job! Madelyn's favorite is Sharpay (boy am I in trouble).
The trailer was a nice surprise this weekend. I've watched it again today already. Squee!

My sympathies. He was a handsome man, your friend, and wherever he is now...he's healthy and happy. Let's hope he still smiles that lovely.
