  The world is shiny new again, and I'm ready for it. That said, I'm also super-busy in the school term, and in need of support. I am just starting to figure out what I'm good at in school, and am surprised by my successes. I'm also surprised, and horrifed, by the subjects that I'm struggling with :/

I've been meaning to say this for a few days now, but I'm easily distracted: good for you.

It takes a serious level of maturity to realize that while we're tied to our families by biology, that doesn't give them the right to make us miserable. If you've tried, and they're not pulling their own weight, then I say fuck'em.

You've got friends that love you and care about your happiness because you're a good person, and that's far more important than how you get treated by people that you happen to have been raised by/with.
