Tomorrow's a big day for my training, but not as big as NEXT weekend. Tomorrow I do 18 miles for training. Next week, we do 20 miles, our longest we ever go before the marathon. It's just over a month away and I am still behind in my fundraising, though. It's really hard to train with a smile and the determination to finish when the fundraising ( Read more... )

it's supposed to be 98 degrees tomorrow. I start at 4:30-5 am to try to beat it a little.

If I do any fundraising, it won't be this amount AND if I do any more marathons, they will be here in Dallas and on my own terms.

Actually, no. This way of training believes that if your body can do the 20, it can do the additional 6.2. It worked for me last year. :)
