I saw that today. Thank you for your support. You really don't have to donate more. Your willingness to do so along with your donations are plenty, honestly. :)
This is something that I want to do. My Dad had prostate cancer and if this is a way to help find a cure then I will help as much as I can. My Dad has been cancer free since July of 2004. Hopefull what little help I can give will help find a cure for cancer. Keep doing what you are doing. You are awesome! Run for Faith, my dad and the others that are survivors and the ones that did not make it. You will truly be blessed.
You're crazy! :DsamuraipunchSeptember 18 2005, 10:37:08 UTC
In a good way. To see the motivation and dedication to your daughter, and to run a marathon. I'd donate, but have no clue if it's too late. Hope you have a good run, and don't come down with anything afterwards from the run.

thanks for the thought, but I don't need the donations, per se, any more. The Society can always use them, though. :) I did get sun poisoning, but I finished.

That's awesome that you finished. LOL sun poisoning? Or'd you just get a nasty sun burn? Being from Texas you'd think you'd be used to all the sun though. Hope you feel better.
I have been. I have friends AND family who are trapped on the same highway and a great grandmother who is missing that was being transferred from her nursing home. So, I have been praying for days now.

Again there are worse places to run a marathon!
Would love to hear how you did!
