woohoo I am going to have a shower after all. My mom is having a shower for me on January 17th. I am so greatful!

34 1/2 weeks pregnant. my dr said that I really could go at anytime. We are hoping for 37 weeks. That is sooo soon. I feel ready but not ready. bedrest has been hard, I want to do stuff. Clean, do laundry, cook, go christmas shopping but i am home and bed bound (well I'm supposed to be bed bound). I still get sick every once in a while. I ( Read more... )

My mother in law called us today to tell us that my sister in law took their car to work this morning and then called around 4pm to tell them that the car burst into flames. she doesn't know why or how but it did. Dave, my mom and I had a wonderful thanksgiving. It was just the 3 of us and we did a huge spread. Ate and then watched step brothers, then went to bed. It was great!

Had to leave the birthing class. The women hosting the class sounded like Shelly from southpark. Plus when she made us listen to a relaxation and breathing clip, I lost it. I couldn't control my laughter. The woman in the clip was saying things like "my right arm is heavy" in a hilariously soothing voice. It made me think of when you are ( Read more... )

got the results back from my glucose test and I failed. It was 185. Anything higher than 140 is a fail. Now I have to fast thursday night and go to my drs office at 8am on friday to get more tests done to see if I have gestational diabetes, these tests take 3 hours and you have to stay at the office while they do them.
