I know. That whole thing was crazy. Honestly, I thought it was an intentional leak, trying to do a bit of damage control after BD. EEP!

I think it's been blown a bit out of proportion, though.

It's so nice to hear the cast was so pleasant to those girls. I mean, they sure didn't HAVE to be so welcoming and accomodating. They could have just waved them off and signed an autograph. But they posed and chatted and all. That is so wonderful!

Sounds promising! I can't wait to see how the book plays out on the screen. I was watching The Ruins this weekend (horror based on a book) and it fell wayyyyy short of the book, so I'm really hoping this doesn't happen to Twilight in the movie processs, too. I'm hopeful! *crosses fingers*

Yeah....I'm holding my breath on this one. Hopefully, the reshoots were just to add to the original and not salvage something that wasn't that great! *waah!*

I still don't see how they will or can make the final book into a movie. And honestly, I don't think I'd want to see it if it WAS. It just squicked me out too much. Perhaps they can do one of those things where the movie is simply "based on" the book...heh heh.....

I doubt they'll be able to pull off BD, the movie. Maybe they'll combine it with Eclipse, somehow ... taking just the "few" good parts of BD and incorporating them with the Eclipse storyline. God, let's hope. BD to me was one built up dramatized scene after another, without any real sort of payoff.

Bella is pregnant and might die - Bella doesn't die.

Bella is turned into a vamp, and might be evil for a long time - Bella is perfect from the get go

The Voltouri might kill everyone - The Voltouri kill no one and instead just talk everyone to death in a one-upping match.

Jacob might kill Edward and every Cullen - Jacob loves Edward and every Cullen including one of their spawn.

LOL...you are SOOO right! In fact, someone was saying that same thing on another LJ page recently. It's like there was tons of suspense, but never any conflict. I don't think SM has it IN her to write that stuff. (However, she has no qualms about writing disgusting, barf-worthy pregnancy gore!) *rolls eyes*

And I'm still miffed on the whole pregnancy thing, too. That was so anti-everything she'd written about the characters to that point. It wasn't even logical, and she broke her own rules of the game by allowing a vampire to have a baby. It was kind of pathetic in my book. I think she was really smoking crack when she wrote this! LOL
