There's this wonderful rule at our school which basically states that if your bus to school does not turn up early enough to be able to get you to school on time you don't have to go. Guess what?

School starts at 9.10 and it takes 20 minutes to get there. So when it reached 8.50 we were so bloody happy. 'Course my mum and Maizie's mum were at work

Not that it would matter to me, because I don't use the bus. But you think kids actually go to school if the bus is late? Pshaaa. xD
