Well, if it's any consolation, feel free to think of me on the same level as a pet if ya need to. You know you'll always be special to me. I know I'm not blood family, but blood relation alone isn't all that makes family. So many of my friends, co-workers, people I see in every day life have a much deeper bond with me than I often find with my own parents. You can always find family where your heart leads you to. Follow it rather than try and direct it and you'll have all the satisfaction you'll need. We all have quarrals within our immediate families... Sometimes it's just as simple as taking a look around and noticing everyone and everything that we so often take for granted. Things we wanted that were there all along...
