Slight dissapointment

So I told my parents about the job to night. They were less then thrilled about the idea of me moving out to VA. I knew my mom would not be too happy about me being so far away. But I thought my dad would be a little more supportive. Nope... he just went into this whole thing about Richmond being the capital, this big city, up in the mountains

yay! i hope you have fun! Your parents are most likely hoping that you wont move so far away. I know, mine did the same thing, and I'm not going as far. Your parents love you, and they'll be proud when you can pull moving there off!

Richmond is a nice area it's not that bad at all.. like every place there are "worse" areas and better areas... you'll just have to do some research! I've been up there and it wasn't bad at all :) thing change a lot in so many years, you gotta remind your daddy of that! Maybe you should take a trip out here ;) and see what it's all about before... get a taste for it or somethin ya know... maybe it will calm their fears! I'm supportin you no matter where you go but DEFINATELY not if you stay home... explore this big world out here... and maybe just maybe you'll come my way!!! YAY hahaha... no pressure! :) but seriously haha
