Okay...so finally got around to watching the film (no I didn't pay money on it I lent it from kels sister.)...and heres a basic over view...did have a longer one but LJ went squiffy and I lost draft.

I don't say this often but the film is a bit better than the book. You don't have to suffer the poor writing, and get to see a bit more of the

Ahah, well I was always amused that Patterson said before he even auditioned he hated the character (upon reading the script)... and thus played him as a manic depressive who hated himself. And got the part, so there you go. XD

Th fangirls are bad yeah. There was that story about how one of them cut their arm and offered him their blood. Ew...XD

Fan girls are just scary to be on either the good or bad side of! They're just scary in general!! (well the crazy obsessive kind...which i don't think i am...i think :P) But we're all fan girls of something.

And yeah I heard he played him like that and doesn't like the role, and the fame that it's just sprung on him. Kind of like Jonny Depp did before he took all that time off before pirates of the carrabean and now he just does films he wants to. I hope Pattinson does that too and not just fall of the face of the earth and become a weird hermit or something...the world needs eye candy :)

Well there are the obsessed kind that are obsessed because they know all the facts and buy all the stuff (like I/we are), and then there are the ones that are just freaking insane. Generally characterised by being somewhat delusional, etc. XD

I suppose playing a part like that (with fans like that could very easily give him a much worse view of what fame is like. Would be enough to scare most people off! Will be a shame if it does put him off. =/

Yeah they are the scary kind!! The ones that think its all real!! And it's the insane ones that are scary if they like you and even scarier the person they see as 'god' does something they dont like.

And I do feel kind of sorry for Pattinson, to think his only other bigish rold before this was a supporting char in HP. To suddenly end up been followed everywhere and not know if people are talking to/like you for you or because you're suddenly famous. And having rumours flying around about you like wild fire. I really couldn't deal with something like that...good job I'm never going to be even semi famous.
