So, Jen needs shoes for a bachelorette party in a few weeks. We're apparently going to spend hours drinking our faces off, getting all made up and dressed up, eating dinner, drinking more, going to a comedy show, drinking more, going to a club, drinking more, and then drinking some. Though, I do like them all. NOT HELPFUL i know. but still, i think they are all pretty snazzy. They all meet the same "fancy shoe" requirements that I have. I hate it when my feet hurt. It usually just ends up with me being shoe-less.

Are you likely to wear these again? Not really? Don't get the $90 pair.

The $90 pair I probably would wear more frequently than any of the others. They're Danskos, and I wear my Dansko clogs all the time. That is one of the only reasons they made the list :)

It would depend on your foot-shape! For me, combine my wide, square toes and my detestation of high heels, and the only possibility would be the Dansko Brookes, which look like they're not so pointy-toed as the others.

If those would be the most comfy for you, and you'd wear them a lot, get them if the price tag won't hurt too much, I'd say.

If it's a one-time thing, go for the cheapest or second-cheapest.

(Yes! I am horrible! I say, "That depends on..." so much!)

I couldn't help it; I voted for the Danskos. For me, I know that buying a $87 pair of Danskos = eleventy billion days of use, and 87 divided by eleventy billion is a low cost per day.

However, cheaper shoes from places I do not know as well are more likely to result in one-time-only offers for wearing.

That said, given my (positive) experience with Clarks, they may be a good way to split the difference on upfront cost v. cost per use.
