I didnt write one before I left though... I'm like satan. Shit. I guess I'll write one by the end of this month and send it out..
And as for uni, I don't think I can go. I'm missing a requirement of 1/3 of freakin CHEMISTRY!! If I had that, I could apply to all the unis I wanted. another problem is that the deadlines for the applications have passed for all the unis I wanted to go to.. :( So I'm gonna go to community college and then transfer after two years. makes me feel sad though.. D; community college=loser
They the person said after me, better late then never ^^
It doesnt mean you suck >< My friends are having alot of problems with that right now. A few of them don't have the right courses to get into the program that they want to get in to. I haven't heard from any of the people I applied to yet, so, still playing the waiting game. ><
I need to reply to the e-mails people sent me. I am also Satan XD
This is Brynn btw. I am on the schools computer so I don't wanna sign in lol
Jenn, Please enjoy American food as much as you like. Well....Anyway it is our custom to send thank-you letters after a visit to someone, or after receiving gifts from someone. It is a way to show our politeness, and if it hopefully comes out of your sincere feeling, it would be much better than doing so just by an obligation....better late than never. Don't forget to let them know how you are doing in the States, too. Today Yuriko told me that she called you. She was so happy too. Don't forget Japanese, Jenn, and next time you come to Japan, let's converse more in Japanese. Take care, Jenn. You know who I am, don't you?
I suppose I should get those letters out. I am thankful enough to the Okumura's to write them--probably not the Noichi's though. I guess I'm a jerk. haha.
I'd be happy to talk with you in Japanese more when I go again. :)
I don't really care what sort of impression I leave. The majority of the people I knew had no interest in recognizing that I was an actual human (this isn't an emo-exaggeration either). But I will write to my school and the grandparents, and let them know how I'm doing, etc, and thank them. I'm doing this after I finish my application for CSSSA.
Yeah--I'm narrowing it down to photographer, on the side. lol
