wow, how did people ever survive texas summers without AC?

seeing as though my house and car air conditioners are both broken, i guess i will soon find out.

you know what hurt me the most this year, and throughout my entire life? losing my friendship never feels like a huge loss to anyone.

well, i'm back at home and missing umhb already. even though i am so excited about living in the apartments next year (my own room.. yesssss!) i am really sad about leaving beall. when i was a senior in high school and came to crusader preview, i stayed in beall and so, in a way, living there always sort of defined my idea of the umhb experience. i'm not ready to go. i keep thinking of all the what-could-have-beens.

its weird how, once you get to college, you don't (or at least, i don't) really look foward to summer anymore. summer is just another couple of months of different responsibilities and commitments (for me, an internship at my church and college algebra). summer has lost its funness ( Read more... )

i want friends that i don't have to fight to be included with. i want friends who i can be real with and who want me around because of who i am. i want friends who will stick by me. i am tired of being so replaceable.

it has been one busy weekend.

thursday through saturday i was in san antonio for TIPA. i had a blast hanging out on the riverwalk everyday with a bunch of really wonderful girls!

i had to delete all of my 3000+ songs in order to get my ipod to work.

i am so mad.

i don't want to go back to school, i think i'll just stay here.
