Tents, wildlife, and bike rides... oh my.

 After years of hemming and hawing and being thwarted by pouring rain and being pestered by the small child, we finally got it together and went camping this weekend.

Did you know Pennsylvania has its own Grand Canyon? Well, it does, and that's where we headed. It's actually quite lovely up there and there is a great 70ish-mile bike trail that runs

Camping with a 7yo? That sounds borderline sane. I will never understand camping with kids in diapers.

I will never camp with a kid in diapers after reading the poster in the the campground bathroom. "Bears are attracted by soiled diapers. Please keep your child as clean as possible and dispose of all soiled diapers appropriately."

It's the semi-permanent RV/camper crowd that has driven me away from camping in the past. I want to go again, but need to find somewhere closer by that is tent only...
