I feel special that you knew my name (and were willing to shout it across the RWA floor) after just two years of knowing me online and had never met me before in person! :D

I remember reading Major Crush many years ago as an assignment for a Chick Lit writing course! I miss those days of writing--it was fun for me and there was so much possibility. I'm sure it's still there, but reality, along with my fear of writing, has tainted my dreams quite a bit. The imprint was so cute. I miss those fun kinds of books. It's hard to find new fun books like that--publishers just aren't really buying them anymore. :(

Looking forward to reading Such a Rush! And also your Endless Summer/The Boys Next Door hybrid I picked up recently. :)

Contemporaries and romantic comedies are making a comeback! I have a new contract to write three YAs for Simon Pulse--not for that line, but with a similar tone. If that's what you love, you should give it a shot. If you have a fear of writing, NaNoWriMo will get you over it.

I'm so happy for you! I love your writing style. You write romance in a way that never feels cliche. Going Too Far was the first book I read by you and I loved it so much that I went and go your entire back catalog as soon as I could. I reread Going Too Far at least once a year; it is just that good :)
