Ok someone please, explain this to me. I don't care who you're voting for or what party you support. HOW is this ok? Am I just missing a key point? This is the 3rd time it's happened!

That doesn't surprise me in the least. I in fact had a couple of extra tickets to a Edwards speech which I would happily have given away if the person looked sincere.

I wrote a long article about it in my lj so I won't repeat it, but Bush came here yesterday, with 40,000 people in Alltel and no one was allowed to get within 30 yards of him unless you were a huge giver. Edwards spoke to a few thousand and spent all of his time taking pictures and shaking hands to the white tickets (normal people)

Shouldn't that say enough?

wow...that's so freaking bad...Well let's see...freedom of speech is down the tubes, freedom of petition and assembly are pretty much screwed...he's making his way down that list pretty good!
