Figured out M is staying with her again. The one he was seeing for 3 months while we were apart. It's funny because when we were trying to fix our relationship, he tried so hard to push her away. Well I haven't heard anything so I think reblocking them seemed to work. I think when I texted the first time not realizing it was her, it unblocked the number.

Not sure about Virginia's laws, but in Maryland you have to be separated a year before you can file for divorce, unless the person has committed adultery so besides being an idiot, he might be making it easier for you to expedite the process.

Apparently I only blocked him from calling because he texted again. He said he wasn't with her and asked again if I contested anything.

Yep because you are still legally married. Well, you should actually ask a lawyer but I'm pretty sure that if you wanted to make it part of your case, you could. Depends on the state and their rules. :-\
