Weird Question...

If I can not find a business on the Better Business Bureau's website, is that a bad thing? I was researching Upstream Business Solutions and I can't find anything about them except on yelp (and that was 75% bad!). The website search bar doesn't work and doesn't look very professional. Does anyone have any advise?

I would guess that means they haven't been around for very long, or that no one has filed a claim against them. Looks like they are hiring like crazy - so it must mean they have backing somewhere. Approach with wide open eyes if you are job hunting. If it sounds too good to be true - then I think they might be a commission driven sales system - or something that involves making lists starting with your friends and family.
