Saturday night I went to this great party for the end of the kickball season. Our team, The Fighting Alpacas, had exceeded expectations by winning 3 games this year. That prom dress...oh my. I remember dresses like that. In fact, for the first half of the nineties I thought the styles, without all the frills, didn't look like prom dresses at all (which, compared to the Gunne Sax stuff in the 80s, I suppose they didn't!). Now I look at them and cringe and wonder wtf designers were thinking in the 80s. The leggings sound especially hilarious!
